He was an exceptional human being. Many underestimated his intellect but I knew, firsthand, about his analytical abilities. I would give him a legal case to read and in a short order, he could tell me, in a mutual discussion, what the case was about and meaning of its precedent. Jimmy had a steel trap mind and a strong memory like my own. We could have an intelligent conversation where disagreements occurred and not hold personal grudges. Mr. McClain was a very insightful and encouraging man. I worked with him at the Elizabeth Post Office always to the point and he had a great sense of humor. He is greatly missed. Michelle Moore
