As a young girl growing up in the 70's in Madison, Ga, Pop and Ruth McCray mentored and guided us. They unselfishly gave us so much of their time. They set a foundation early as educators to make certain that we were not left behind. The programs they placed for the youths at St. Paul AME are still being discussed. He taught my mother Science and he was the best. Sadly missed and with deepest sympathy, Terri & Trey Hurt.

Our condolences to the family. May God fulfill his promise of binding up the brokenhearted. Isa 61:1
