With my West End Neighborhood and youth
Came exposure to characters of Character.

As a bus boy at Balaban’s and a guest on West Pine, I came to know Commodore Diamond Jim McCue and Beverly Blasé.
Diamond Jim’s foundation as a 17 year old Merchant Marine, a Saint and a Sinner,
A Showman, Businessman, Family man that could effortlessly dissolve life’s trials and tribulations by Singing Broadway Show tunes, reciting poetry, acting, supporting Anheuser Busch, and playing...

We will always remember only fun times with Jim. His presence on this earth will be missedimmensely.
Our deepest sympathies,

Greetings and much love to my McCue cousins and their families,
I rememeber so many fun times at your house. Walking to the playground, playing around the campus, turning the AC way up and climbing under the covers. Your Dad was a pip of a guy and he will be missed dearly.
I know the pain of losing your Dad and I truly feel for you all.
Much Love, Jane Nagle (aka Reny Ferguson :) )

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dan, omg you look so much like your Dad, hold onto the memories you shared together.

I will try to catch up with you at the hotel when you are in town.

Take care

Uncle Jim,

You were always my favorite uncle. I'm sure you'll run into Mom now - probably with a cig hanging out of her mouth. You will be missed.

Love,

Jim this is Gladis or Honey. You and Frank made many momories to keep us laughing for a long time. Now may you both rest in peace. Love, Honey
