James Patrick McGinnis originally of Nyssa, OR, passed away Feb 27, 2026. A U.S. Army veteran with a successful banking career, he is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and brothers Timothy, Michael, & Danny. He is preceded in death by brother Terry.
