Please accept my sincere condolences. I was unaware of his passing until today. His love for family and community were admired by many. Rest in peace,Jim.

Jim and MaryLou were my God parents. I have not seen them in many years since they lived up from the old binney and smith building. When I was a child they were around alot being very God friends of my parents. Jim was a very nice man and will be surely missed.

My condolences to the McGowan family. It was a pleasure speaking with Jim and seeing MaryLou last July 4, when the neighbors of Fairview Avenue held their annual Fourth of July event. Cherish the memories; God be with you.
