My Uncle Jimmy was a man who possesed the innate ability to deeply affect the lives of everyone around him. Bothy his capacity for charity and good cheer served as an inspiration to all who knew him no matter how briefly. Although Sheralee and I cannot share your grief in person, know that we share it in spirit. God bless you all.

Jim "Jimmy Mac" as we termed him endearingly, during the infancy stages at Morgal Machine Tool Company; hired me in July of 1978 to fulfill an opening as a board draftsman....The twenty-one years that followed were nothing short of amazing. Although, Jim was viewed by many (including myself) as a "Bull of the Woods" type personality when it came to business; he knew how to make things happen. He pursued every goal he set for himself, with a vigor that I had never seen before and have never...

To the McGregor family, Jim would always joke that he was "giving his money" to charity when I ran for City Commission and Mayor because I was a Democrat. Despite our political differences, I valued his wit, humor and community involvement. RIP

Jim, we will miss you and your contributions at the Ohio Manufacturing Association meetings. The things that come to my mind when thinking of Jim are that he "cared" and "got things done". He was passionate in his beliefs but was willing to listen to another approach and settled on what was best for all. Ohio manufacturing lost a champion on Tuesday but also gained an inspiration from Jim for us to carry on. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family today and thank them for sharing...
