Not sure what to say?

I just read of Jim's passing in the AWWA Journal. I first met Jim in 1978 at the Stamford Water Company. I was the Neptune Meter Territory Manager for Connecticut. I also met Bill Crane who worked for Jim and we began a friendship together along with our business relationship grounded in our love of the Yankees. On several occasions we drove to Yankee stadium together along with Jack McManus and enjoyed games. To say we had a good time would be a significant understatement. I moved away in...

Jim was an amazing person who's sweet smile always lit up the room and brightened our day. His kind and gentle spirit will surely be missed and I will always look back on our fond memories working together this year. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Eileen, and your family. <3

Dear Eileen and family we are so sorry for your loss. Jim was a great guy. Sincerely Kathie and Ray Smedberg.

We extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to each of you. Popeye was truly a warm hearted individual and loved by all. He will be missed.

Sincerely,

Semper, Semper; Jim. You always kept our spirits up and hopefully will greet your ASB Brothers on the inevitable day we join you. May your family be comforted by the certainty of your reward in heaven.

Although I worked for Jim for a short time, he was one of the nicest bosses ever. My sincere condolences.

The Lavigne Family

We will be thinking and praying for your dad and your family. It was always a pleasure to see him. He was so joy filled and that was contagious. A fine, good, man. Our deepest sympathies.

Saddened by the news of Jim's passing, albeit to a place of peace and joy with the Lord. Jim was a Fraternity Brother and classmate at Manhattan College. He will be missed by all who ever knew him.
