Not sure what to say?

I had the true honor of working with Judge McIntyre during the first months of his judicial appointment at the SD Superior Court when he had not been appointed a research attorney yet and with a generous heart took me as his legal extern under his wing in order to share his insight and guidance as to the research he needed before and after hearings. Jim was my only cousin on my father’s side of the family. Rest In Peace.

James (Jim) McIntyre was a true gentleman and legal scholar. His personality and deep intelligence made him a very special man. We all enjoyed his presence and his involvement up and until the very end. We will miss him deeply and think of Vicki, his vivacious wife who had a very thrilling wit and charming personality herself. We send all of our best wishes and prayers to Vicki at this difficult time. James & Diane Marinos

We didn't meet many times, cousin James, but when we did it was always a pleasure.

My condolences to the family of the Hon. James McIntyre. Justice McIntyre was a great mentor to me in the law, a loyal boss. I am honored to have worked under him. May he rest in please in his beloved Kona.
