I was thinking about you today buddy, rest easy.

It was cold and school bands lined the parade route; Christmas was at hand. For a few moments there was silence, broken only by the stereo output of the crosswalk's sharp alert. Families filled the sidewalk and there was little room for our small frames to make it through. The air was rich with wool and though it had hardly been weathered, it was all my brain could process.
Somewhere there is your hand, traced on the thickest of linen.

Jay was an extraordinary man who gave his all to every task. He was a key member of our Assessment Team at GED Testing Service and he brought passion for learning and helping others to his job. He will be greatly missed but we are fortunate to have come to know him and benefit from his great contributions. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Jay fought hard and left a legacy of love with his family. May he rest in peace. Thinking of everyone in the family and wishing you love and peace.

Jay was the most inspirational man I know. His courage throughout this battle was astounding. I had the pleasure of working with Jay several years ago at Franklin City Schools. He was a great man of much wisdom and kindness. A tremendous loss for his family and friends. Sympathy to Natalie and the boys.
