we are sorry to hear of jim,s passing,he was such a thoughtful man .when we went to zita,s cottage he always said that we were welcome to stay at his place. he was very fun to be around.we will miss him when we go to sandi place.we will keep him in our prayers and my god bless all of his family.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to all of Jim's family. We loved him dearly and will never ever forget the hospitality he always gave to me and my children when we visited my parents and now Sandi & Fred at "the lake". He was a fantastic man who will be sorely missed! I will always cherish the last time I saw him on Labor Day when we all were sitting eating and drinking on the deck with Rex and laughing.
