Jim's even handedness and his unwavering decency in public affairs made my job as superintendent of schools much easier. Our common bond was our belief in Somersworth. My deepest condolences.

Dear Jim/Mayor/Friend,
My sons and I will never forget all the good you did for Somersworth in so many ways. Also awarding my son Jason for his years playing "Taps", and for stopping by when Eric graduated. We were so proud and blessed to have known you then; but you will always live on in our hearts. God bless you and your family.
