Nancy, Ben, and Chris,I am so sad to hear about Jim. He was one of the happiest guys I knew. I remember our holiday gatherings at your house. They were the best. Love and prayers to you all, Laura Dean (Verbarg)

To the McMillan family - I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I worked in Bond with Jim. I am so saddened to hear of his passing. He was such a great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Thinking of you with heartfelt sympathy. So many wonderful stories were shared here on this website and also at Jim's wake and funeral. His gentle manner and gracious kindness spoke of a good man. He touched many lives and made the world a better place. Wishing you, Nancy, Ben and Chris an abundance of God's peace in this season of loss.

Dear Nancy and family,

I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. I worked with him for almost 20 years in Hartford. Always ready with a smile or a funny joke - he had a big heart and was a very good man.

May you find peace and comfort knowing he was well loved.
