James Howard McMullen, age 91, was raised in the Buckner Orphanage Home in Dallas, Texas.
He was married to Marilyn McMullen. He is survived by his daughters Dwanna Morgan, Karen and her husband David Bench, and Jamie Freisner, his stepchildren John and Maria Sone and Mark and Melody Eaton; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wives Frankie McMullen and Maggie McMullen.
There will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to his funeral service at 12:00 noon at the Eastgate Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday August 20th. Rev. Paul Garcia will be officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.

Very sorry to learn of the loss of your father. He was a most enjoyable person. I enjoyed shooting skeet with your dad, uncles and cousin Jimmy.
We were only kids when you guys would come to Wolfe City. Your grandfather and grandmother were so nice to me when I worked at the ranch.
All of your family seem so close and very sweet family.
