I was very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was an old friend from when we lived on the same street in Fox Hill. We were always playing pranks on each other. He was a good friend with a quick wit, what a great guy. Rest in peace, old friend.

Jim and my dad (Marc) we're good friends for many years, as I grew up I was around to see what a great person Jim was! He will be missed greatly.

It was a real shock to hear of Jim's passing. We want to let MJ, Beverly, Chandler, Chanon, and the grandkids know that your loss is shared by those of us who experienced Jim's friendship and enjoyed his unique personality. We hope that you may be comforted by our sincere thoughts and prayers. Jim and I worked at Kecoughtan Pharmacy, we were both members of Wythe Fire Dept. and Rescue Squad, and we were in each other's wedding. I enjoyed riding around in his Corvette; however, I'm not sure he...

I knew Jim from the old Wythe days. From a Lambda boy to a Beta boy , be at peace.

Jimmy and I grew up on Greenbriar Ave in Wythe. We played football in the field behind Wythe Elementary, fought fires with the Wythe fire co and did a thousand laps around Shoneys drivein . The last time I saw Jimmy was at a HHS 64 function where he had a number of HHS 64 baseball caps made up and I got one. I still have it and when I wear it I will remember Jimmy. He was my friend.

Although it has been many years since I have seen Jim, he was the kind of person you never forget. Jim was a kind person to all, God Speed Jim, you will be missed.

Jimmy's Vet and SK Racing Boat
Our sympathy to Jimmy's family for their loss. Jimmy lived near me in Wythe and both of us shared a love for corvettes and boat racing. The attached picture was taken at Hampton Cup on Fort Monroe in 1971. Jimmy will be missed.
