Not sure what to say?

Hi My names is James Junter of Kings Park NY back in 1967. I would frequent St Anthony's campus on my bicycle with my dog and BB gun. That's where I met fr James McBeigh . I introduced him to my folks since we lived only a block away. We quickly became great friends. As a young boy I would take him on my boat in the Long Island sound . He was always impressed. I was not accepted to St Anthony's high school however, that did not deter his friendship toward me or my family. He...

Bro James it´s been two years and yet it feels like it´s been 10 and hurts like it was yesterday. I miss our phone conversations very much. The memories of our days at Ford just fill my heart. Our trips to Times Square for movies and then taking you to Nathan´s for your three hot dogs and orange drink. I can´t pass a bag of Cheeto´s or frito lays without cracking up. You couldn´t get enough of that junk food - as was mentioned at your funeral. You were our Brother, our friend, our...

I can hardly believe it´s been a year Bro James. You are so missed. You were a wonderful man and mentor and I think of all those years so often. Say hi to Mom for me.

A wonderful friend to me and a great mentor to my son Jerri from an early age. You are truly missed. A true holy man.

I will always be grateful for meeting Brother James and for the many opportunities he gave me to work together with our youth, young adults and campus ministries. Brother had a vision ... God´s vision ... not a vision that was formed by one´s own ego, but a vision formed by God´s love and compassion. His was a vision to evangelize one person at a time ... not through words but through acts of service. I am grateful for the years I worked with Brother in the Diocese of Rockville Centre and...

One of the most beautiful human beings I have ever known. Rest in the loving arms of Jesus Christ dear brother. A true friend to all who had the honor to make his acquaintance.

I love you Bro James. 45 years is a long time to be friends. You will always be my brother and friend in Jesus. I will always smile as I hear your name. I have a lifetime of wonderful memories of service to others we did together and laughter and joy. You are a special human being and some of Gods best work. Rest In Peace my dear friend.

I am saddened to hear of James´s passing. We were classmates at Immaculate Heart of Mary School from 1st grade through graduation in 1960. We were also in the same altar boy group for many years. Our paths went in other directions until our 50 th class anniversary in 2010, which was attended by about 15 graduated. "Keep smiling", James.
