James Melle

Dear Barbara: I worked with Jim for 15 years of Buckley King. He was truly a real personable person. I always admired his spirit and his humor. We had a great working relationship and I respect him so much. I just found out today that he passed away. I wish I knew the day of the viewing because I would have certainly been there. Barbara....This is Ira Kane .....I have been traveling , now in Dubrovnik , Croatia ...and out of the blue I was thinking I had not seen Jim for some time ....so I went on the Web and unfortunately found the Obituary .....I am so sad , he was a real friend during law school and when we both clerked together at the Ohio Supreme Court ......He was the lawyers lawyer ...the one person I could go to , in school , on the Court and when I called him up a number of years ago to help me when I was...

Jim and I were law clerks together at the Ohio Supreme Court (1971-1972). He was a wonderful man with a great sense of humor. And one of the brightest legal minds that I have ever encountered. It was a pleasure and a very great honor to have known him. Rest in peace Jim.
