Colonel James L. Merchant II

Jim Merchant and I had a lot in common as I was retired from the Army National Guard. I lived on the same street and played golf with him a couple of times. I also served on the home owners association board when Jim was President. Jim was always thinking ahead and determining what need to be done in our neighborhood.
