Not sure what to say?

Cheryl, Sorry about your Dad. Have not seen him in years but have fond memories of your family.

I have fond memories of Jim from my days of volunteering and working at the NC Transportation Museum at Historic Spencer Shops both during and after college. He had both a quick wit and, beneath a tough exterior, a big heart. What a great legacy he has left for all of us!

Uncle Jim made his mark at Historic Spencer Shops. I worked with him at the museum when he was a volunteer. There was no one like him. He was a terrific engineer on the 604. God be with his friends and family. I'm glad I had the pleasure of knowing and working with him.

It was a pleasure taking care of Jim and it will be a pleasure to continue taking care of Grace. Our prayers are with the family.

Sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I worked with him in Spencer and Atlanta. In fact after he and his fellow Railroaders worked to establish the Museum, we chatted frequently between Spencer and Chattanooga. He was a great railroader and a credit to the industry.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time grief. If you should need anything, please don't hesitate to call gale or I. You know we will be there for ya, ok. We love ya!

Just wanted to express our family's sympathy for your loss. Jimmy was a fine person, a great neighbor and someone that our family enjoyed talking with for many years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sorry to hear of Jim's passing having worked with him at Spencer the passing of a old friend. My prayers are with the family.
