I am one of Jim's stepchildren. Jim was a father and role model to me. My sympathy goes out to his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family and friends. He possessed unusual wisdom and love. He has been one of the greatest lovers and supporters of Cleveland and music. His pride and respect for each of his children went largely unspoken but was privately expressed often. Jim believes in hard work and self-reliance. My life is better on many levels because of him.

Dear Millican Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. I worked at the Gardens and took care of Jim...he was GREAT! He was my favorite patient to have. He was always full of facial expessions and I knew he had a heart of gold. My memories of working there will always include Jim. I hope you all have great memories of him as well.
