Sorry to hear this Sandy. Sounds like you two had many advenures in your wildlife rehabilitation. Joe (Soehnel), my late husband, always appreciated your work with injured animals. God Bless you and your family at this time. Barb Handy

Sandy I am so sorry for your loss. He sounds like a wonderful man. I will keep your family in my prayers.

We are sorry we were not here this past weekend to celebrate Jim's life. Yes Jim was a bit quirky but he was honest, sincere and a force in the early days of the Boys and Girls Club. That is where I first met him. He encouraged me to be a part of the Club and it is a memorable part of my life. I have lots of stories of those days -all good and Jim was always a part of them. When I was President I could always count on Jim to be at our 7:30 meetings-and always appear about 15 minutes late and...

Sandy and Family My sincere sympathy for your loss. Always enjoyed waiting on Jim when he came into the County Clerk's Office. Jim was always very patient and kind and always had a good story to tell. So sorry he got caught in the web of dementia.

In late 1988 I became aware if First Congregational Unite Church of Christ in Bay City,Mi. I met Jim & Sandy there. I remember Jim very fondly. He was always so kind & a joy to be around. I remember the many events The Miners would be at. The many, many Christmas Eve & Easter Services. Jim was always smiling. He was a wonderful part of UCC..

Sandy and family, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I used to bring birds to Sandy along with my mom quite often and I recall one trip were we stayed and visited and Jim showed us a turtle who he'd saved but repairing the shell with fiberglass. I recall thinking that was just so cool. May God be with you all in this time and i'll be adding you to my prayers.
