I just recently became aware of Jim's passing. My sincere comfort and prayers are being forwarded to his family. I worked with Jim for many years. He always had a smile no matter what the workday gave him. I have a warm place in my heart for the many times I shared with him. He was a special guy loved by all his co-workers. God's Blessings to all.

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to our whole Family. My Uncle James was a strong yet quiet man. As children he would often say " You can stay but, that noise has to go". We would all laugh, but we knew what he meant. A man of few words, yet a man of strong actions. My Uncle James will truly be missed by those who loved him.

I worked in the same DPW Bureau as Jim many years ago, I remember Jim as being very nice, polite, easy going, and had great knowledge of his position. Sincere sympathies to his family on your loss.
