Not sure what to say?

Jim was a very pleasant guy to be around. Always had a great smile and a kind word. He was our next door neighbor and friend

RIP Mitch. We miss you. From the Brothers family.

I was shocked to learn of Jim´s passing. I worked for Jim at CHS and was so happy to accidentally run into him last year on a visit to Williamsburg at his golf course. After our round, he bought my brother and I a beer and we shared old stories. I was hoping to catch up again next week when we returned to Williamsburg when the pro shop shared the news of Jim´s passing. He was a great boss, mentor, terrific father and a great golfing partner. I will make sure to toast to his honor next week in...

So very sorry to learn of his passing. I worked for him at Avon for 8 years. He was a great guy and mentor. I sent a text on his birthday and then googled when I didn´t get a response. We kept in touch on our birthdays over nearly 50 years to say hello. So very sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Mitchell. I will always remember the fond memories of parties at the Mitchell´s, my mom on the piano and Mr. Mitchell (and many others) singing. RIP

Jim was our first friendly neighbor in Williamsburg. We moved here in the summer of 2019. It was hot. Wife Marilyn and I were helping the movers get our things placed in the house when I see this unknown man stroll across our yard carrying a cooler full of a variety of drinks - perfect for a hot day and an even more perfect way to meet my first neighbor. Thanks Jim for your friendship and smiles. You will be deeply missed. Bill and Marilyn Dunnill
