I still think about Butchie! He brought happiness where ever he went. He went too soon. He was one of most kind and sincere people I have ever meant.

There are no words to describe Butchie! He was one of a kind. I enjoyed working with him in shipping at Nickles Bakery! He had quit a few sayings I still quote. He was a very kind man. I can't imagine how much you will miss him. Bonnie, he sang your praises all the time. He told me, I couldn't get along without my sister, Bonnie. My sincerest prayers go out to you and your family, for I know it's a big loss for all of you. God Bless you all. Rick and Terry Sampsel

Awww I am so sorry to hear this. I always liked Butchy. He was always a very kind boy when I knew him. He was same age as me and my husband’s little brother Stan. Stan passed away when he was only 5 but my mother in law said they often played together . Our thoughts and prayers with you and your family.

I was saddened to learn of Butch's death. I always liked him and recognized his generous heart. I met him while working on a political campaign many years ago. He didn't do the kind of work that got his name in the paper. Put up and take down signs, drove all over the county, clean headquarters, etc. And all he did for the Salvation Army! Never became rich and famous but so many will remember him as a man who his fair share for his country and community. He will surely rest in peace.
