I still think about Butchie! He brought happiness where ever he went. He went too soon. He was one of most kind and sincere people I have ever meant.

My deepest sympathy to the family. Bonnie, you are held close to my heart and in my prayers. May God lead on the journey of healing.

There are no words to describe Butchie! He was one of a kind. I enjoyed working with him in shipping at Nickles Bakery! He had quit a few sayings I still quote. He was a very kind man. I can't imagine how much you will miss him. Bonnie, he sang your praises all the time. He told me, I couldn't get along without my sister, Bonnie. Awww I am so sorry to hear this. I always liked Butchy. He was always a very kind boy when I knew him. He was same age as me and my husband’s little brother Stan. Stan passed away when he was only 5 but my mother in law said they often played together . Our thoughts and prayers with you and your family.

Butch, I am so happy to have called you my friend. You were the most generous, honest, innocent, and positive person I have ever met. You were a great example of how we can be better people. I will miss you Pal. until then,,,,,, become the best Quarter flipper in heaven until I see you again. Love ya man!

I was saddened to learn of Butch's death. I always liked him and recognized his generous heart. I met him while working on a political campaign many years ago. He didn't do the kind of work that got his name in the paper. Put up and take down signs, drove all over the county, clean headquarters, etc. And all he did for the Salvation Army! Never became rich and famous but so many will remember him as a man who his fair share for his country and community. He will surely rest in peace.
