James E. Modlin HERTFORD - James Edward "Jimbo" Modlin, 77, of the 300 block of Market St., died July 7, 2009. A funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Meltons Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall. Stallings Memorial Chapel is in charge.
