Not sure what to say?

I first met professor mondello while attending Erie Community College. He was attempting to rejuvenate the ECC chapter of Phi Theta Kappa honor society and was looking for volunteers to fill various roles of the chapter’s leadership positions. Only one position was open, vice president, and thought “why not”, so I joined. That’s when I started to get to know Professor Mondello. We did all kinds of activities together with the honor society from attending their conferences in Troy, NY to...

Mondello family,
I found out about James Mondello's passing from my niece who is presently a nursing student. I inquired about my favorite teacher thinking he might still be working part time.
Mr Mondello changed my life forever. I was a lost student at ECC in 1979, I took his A&P course out of curiosity. Up until that point I had never had an instructor that was so engaged in his lectures. He gave me confidence and encouraged me to pursue nursing and it felt like he took a personal...

Dear Mondello Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I work in the security office at North and through the years had plenty of "small talk" conversations with Jim. He was a very kind, dedicated person. He loved working with the honor society, and he had such pride on the day of their induction. I see a lot of people on a daily basis, and it was always a pleasure to run into Jim in the halls. May he rest in peace, and I do believe there is a reason God takes the very best souls early in...

Dear Gay, please accept our deepest sympathies on your loss. Uncle Jimmy was always so kind and funny; we remember him very fondly. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

Gay,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mondellos,

I was so sad when I heard the news yesterday. We all loved Jim so very much-his sense of humor and zest for life touched everyone who knew him. He was truly an exceptional person, and he will be missed by many. May the love of friends and family bring you comfort during this difficult time. You are in our thoughts.

Gay, Our deepest sympathy to you and your family for your loss of Jim. May all the happy and good times you shared bring comfort to you as Jim will always be with you.

Dear Mondello Family,
I had Mr. Mondello as my A&P teacher about 13 yrs. ago. I will never forget what an exceptional teacher he was! I remember having all the bones and muscles memorized when he would give us quizzes in class. He made sure you knew the material inside and out! My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May he rest in peace with our Lord.
God Bless,
