Not sure what to say?

As this Anniversary anniversary of Jims passing approaches, my thoughts go back to St. Marys Church in Nutley. At our annual Irish Mass before our St. Patricks Day parade, Jims amazing voice filled the church year after year with the beautiful song Lady of Knock. No one could sing it quite like Jim!

As the years go by, the void he left in our yearly Irish Mass is just as large today as it was that first year.

A wonderful man that left many enjoyable memories with...

mary and family i have asked for jim to be mentioned at easter mass here in meath.i remember you and he were always at the annual irish mass at st.patricks pro.to honor the men and women of 1916. God bless james mooney

Mrs. Mooney and family,

I am sorry to hear about the loss of Mr. Mooney. He was such a wonderful man, and he and Mrs. Mooney always made me feel so welcome at their home in Ocean Gate.
This time of year will now take on even more significance as he joins Sharon and Jack in my memories.
You have my deepest sympathy.

I'll never forget his beautiful voice and kind disposition at every town function. I expect he's singing alongside the angels with my own dad. Deepest sympathies for the Mooney family. Please know he is a man well-loved by all, especially in Ocean Gate. We are proud and lucky to have known him. Our prayers are with you.
