We were fraternity brothers at St. Lawrence. Jay was such a good guy then and as life drifted on by for both of us. His passing has my wife, Josee, and my deepest sympathy for Ann and their children. I'll always remember Jay.

So sorry to hear about Jay. He was my favorite at Xerox. He always let me sit in his office and we would just chat. My husband Lenny and I loved him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

As the former Planning Director for the Town of Wilbraham, I had the distinct privilege and pleasure of working with Jay during his many years as an elected member of the Planning Board. Jay was an extraordinary human being who cared deeply about the town and who always strived to make thoughtful decisions that were in the best interests of the current and future inhabitants of Wilbraham. His wise counsel and warm spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Please accept my...

Jay,a measure of a man beyond most. His lifestyle and commitment to his family, friends and community were loving, sincere, and selfless. A legacy for family to carry and be proud. In life what else is there. God Bless Paddy Marsh friend

Dearest friend, best family, so many memories; Jay was always in good spirits, and served some good spirits, and we Fullers shared such joyous times with Moores over this past half-century. He will be so missed, but so well remembered.

Skiing in Breckenridge vail and all the comaroti with the funny lyrics. Never forget. Great man. Sorry for your loss. He will be missed

Sending our condolences to Ann and family during this time of mourning. May you all be comforted by your precious memories of Jay. The memories that others share will be a gift to your family during this time of celebrating his life. Even though the Hoges left Wilbraham in 1982 we all remember your family with love. Sending prayers and hugs. Nancy Hoge Coto

My condolences to the entire Moore family. It was a pleasure to serve with Jay on the Wilbraham Planning Board. Jay represented the community well. He always gave careful consideration to the issues before us and articulated positions focused on what was best for our town. I will miss Jay as a great person and valued board member. May he rest in peace.
