My good friend Jim was an integral. Member and part of Hi-Rise Ski Club who kept everyone laughing and entertained through the 1970's & 80's. The planning of ski trips, special events, and meetings all laced with his perpetual upbeat humor made you never want to miss a Hi- Rise event. Truly a one of a kind character, personality and friend you only know once in a lifetime. He is loved by all he touched ! Keith Zimmer

I miss you everyday dear brother. Everywhere I go I see a leg lamp and I start crying. You were loved by so many people across the United States. Their kind words about you from their visit to the house is overwhelming. I am so proud of you Jim. I miss you terribly but will see you again someday. Love you more than you'll ever know.

An autographed Leg Lamp Box
Our sympathy for a great loss for the Christmas Story Museum.
Jim was always smiling and sharing his stories.
Loved his display of the Famous Leg Lamp in his window at his home.
Always looked forward to seeing Jim at the conventions!

This movie had become engrained in my Christmas rituals. We can't cook the turkey without watching the 24 hr marathon. I have also checked visiting the CSH off my bucket list. I'm so sad I didn't get to meet Mr. Moralevitz. What a wonderful character he must have been. Reading the " behind the story" events with the " delivery man" will make it even more meaningful this Christmas. Thanks Jim for making my Holidays so special! You have touched and will continue to touch many hearts. God...

Such a nice man! Met while touring Ralphies house and he gave such an exciting insight on my favorite movie of all times. Was a pleasure meeting him. A memory of a lifetime as being able to meet him and hear the stories of the movie was the last trip I made with my husband and our children before my husband passed away. My condolences to the family and the fans
