Not sure what to say?

As first cousins living our whole lives in the same town, Jim and I had many interesting exchanges over the years, right up to these last months. Two James Mullers with shared roots and shared faith. A perpetual font of information, Jim often took me on excursions of thought and analysis that were sometimes beyond me but always fruitful. Yesterday's memorial service was especially moving. The powerful and multiple testimonies to the majesty and glory of our loving Lord and Savior made the...

I taught with Jim at GRCHS. Such a kind, gentle man. Jim always had a smile on his face and a kind greeting. He will be missed.

He was one of my favorite teachers at Grand Rapids Christian. I learned many bird calls a few of which I still remember, we dissected a frog sad to say mine didn´t last very long. When I think about it, there are so many things that I remember from his class. And he was a wonderful teacher. My deepest sympathies to the Muller family.

I so enjoyed Jim as a colleague at Grand Rapids Christian High School. His kindness and knowledge of nature were inspiring.

Mr Muller was one of the kindest, most intelligent, caring and humorous teachers I´ve ever had. I became a biology teacher as a result of the influence he had on me. Peace to you and your family, Jon! He will be missed.

Jim was a friendly neighbor and always greeted us with a smile. He almost gave me a heart attack when I saw him on the stairs, using crutches. He said he was building up his arm strength. He will be missed.

I was a student of Mr. Muller at Ridgeview Junior High. I had him for earth science. He loved rocks !

I was a receptionist at Breton Ridge. Jim was a shining light of positivity, when he played the piano in the lobby, a crowd would gather to listen to his upbeat tunes, Our USPS mail lady called him the "Maestro". Jim passion for teaching came through to me, he would pull me from the reception desk to take me outside to teach me about the clouds, the stars, and the moon. I will miss him dearly. May the love, joy, and great memories of times shared with Jim be a source a comfort to his family...

He was my wonderful science teacher at Ridgeview Jr High in 1964. He taught me all the bird calls that I still remember today . I have great memories of Science class. My daughter also had him for Science at GRCH. May he rest in peace.
