Steve and Chris' Wedding Day Prayer

I would like to take this time to thank each and everyone for their kind and gentle words of sympathy. Especially to those who are just now finding out about his passing. So many of you I have never met, yet I know some of you by the kind and sweet words Steve would say, by a kind word or deed that you have said or done to make him feel loved and appreciated. To all of his colleagues at CPCC, thank you for everything you have done for him during his years with you, he loved teaching, his...

I was so saddened to hear of Steve's passing. Steve's love of music and his love for our Lord will long be remembered. I have many memories of Steve, all which include his kind, loving spirit. Chris, I am so sorry. I will be praying for you and the rest of the family.

I just learned of Steve's death yesterday and was deeply saddened by this news. He was truly a gentle, caring man--kind-hearted to the core, a man of integrity. My sympathies to his loved ones.
Irene Honeycutt,
one of Steve's CPCC colleagues

Having known Steve since first grade, I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful person...always making people laugh. God bless him and his family.

There are people that come into our lives and then gentle leave. Then there are people that make such a lasting and loving impression on our hearts. Steve Mullis was that kind of man. A wonderful teacher, mentor, friend, and I will miss him greatly. Keeping all the family in prayer for healing and peace. Melissa Biles

Steve was an inspiration for many years to both his students and colleagues. Steve's gentle smile and kindness of heart will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know him. My sincere condolences to Steve's family and many friends.

I am so touched by the outpouring of support Steve's friends and family has extended. Steve will be missed so much, he taught me so much about writing music, I will miss playing music with him. My heart is broken and sad, but I know only God and time can heal and fill the emptiness I have inside. God Bless you all. Steve's wife Chris Stoner-Mullis

I am saddened by the news. Steve always seemed to be calm and at peace with himself and with his work. My condolences to Steve's family and to his CPCC colleagues.

Steve always made me smile and we had many chats about students and how to assure their success. He will be greatly missed.
