Not sure what to say?

It was with deep sadness that I recently learned of Jim's passing. As a contemporary of Jim in the fidelity and surety practice, I came to know him as dedicated to the principles of being fair, just and equitable in resolving disputes while always remaining a strong advocate for his clients. Ready always to assist and mentor others, he will be dearly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him. My sympathies are extended to all of Jim's family who lost him to soon.

Jim was a Great Boss to Work for. He was always professional and pleasant. I remember when i started my job at MDM and Jim was the person to welcome me and introduced me to Mr. McElroy. I worked for him many years ago. He taught me so much in those early days and I will never forget him. My prayers are with you...

Well Jim it appears that you went a long way from those days when we worked together at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company on Washington Street in Newark.

You worked hard in that office all day and then attended your law classes at night. It was very pleasant working with you back then in the early 1970's. After you got done preparing a defense you always made certain that you were putting good law on the books.

I have known Jim for the past two years in a work related issue. His expertise was outstanding as well has his ability to focus on the issue at hand. Jim was brilliant in his profession, but what I will miss most was his sense of humor. I will miss him. My condolences to the family. Jim Mahar

I worked for Jim from 1984 to 1991 and am very saddened to hear of his passing. We had a wonderful work and friend relationship. My condolences and deepest sympathy to his family.

I would like to express my condolences to Mr Mulvaneys children on the loss of your dad. May the God of all comfort support and bring you peace during your grief.
