James Farley Music Sr.

James Farley "Monk" Music, Sr., 51 died Saturday morning (August 15, 2015) at his brother's residence following an extended illness. He was a native of and had lived most of his life in Waycross. He was the son of the late Herbert Dolan Music. He was a farmer with Mixon Farms and attended Mt. Green Church of God of Prophecy. Survivors include his wife, Tamela Music of Jacksonville, FL, his children, James Farley Music, Jr. of Waycross, Jennifer Music of Valdosta, Jesse Music of Jacksonville, FL, and Noah Music of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, James Farley Music, III, and McKenzie Music both of Waycross; his mother, Sadie Smith Music of Waycross, a sister, Rose Spivey (husband Bud) of Waycross; 2 brothers, Ronn Music (wife Delaine) of Millwood and Robert Music (wife Debra) of Orlando, FL, and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday (August 17, 2015) at Music Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Telmore Cemetery.
