I first met Jim at Richland dispatching, and it was an honor to have worked with him. It was never unusual to run into to him out of state during storm restoration he always had words of encouragement and good direction. It was an honor Richard Kline Norwalk Ohio I worked with Jim in Sandusky and later in Cleveland in dispatching and Line work he was a wonderful man.
