I am sorry yo learn of his passing. Thank God for Barbara Leonard who visited him daily and was his personal advocate. Without Barbara, Jim might have passed a couple years ago. I'm sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We got to know each other through our involvement in the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). Jim always had a big smile while he was offering a helping hand. He was highly regarded among the Upstate New York traffic engineers. My condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.
