Dear Isabelle, Jim, Ken, Debbie and Lisa, and your families,

We just wanted to let you know how very saddened we were to hear of Jim's passing. We wish you nothing but wonderful memories of great times spent together with Jim. He will always be remembered by our family as a great host and a very generous soul. Warmest regards to you all.

Dear Isabelle and Family,
We were deeply saddened to learn of Jim's passing. Our thoughts are with you all at this sad time. We are thankful for the many good times we shared over the years working together at Empress Foods and later Lucerne. He will be missed.

PS - Isabelle - As you know, Jim and I shared an appreciation for good single malt, and yesterday a wee dram was consumed in his honour.

Isabelle, Ken, Jim, Lisa and Debbie... it has been years since I have seen you all, but I had to let you know how very sorry I am for your loss. Jim was a wonderful man with a great smile and laugh who always made me feel like part of your family. I remember Christmases at your house (the night before Christmas story reading) and many happy coffee visits with Jim and Isabelle. I am thinking of you all and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Nason family, our deepest regrets in the passing of your loved one. Our thoughts are with you.

So sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We will remember him for his sense of humor. Our prayers are for him and his family.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Jim's passing. In over 30 years of associaton I found him to be a man of integrity and compassion. His concern for the success of the company and the well being of employees set a standard not often achieved by others. He will be long remembered and valued by his friends and business associates.

My heart goes out to all of you, it has been too long since we have talked and I wish it were under different circumstances. I am thinking of you all and you are in my prayers. I have such wonderful memories of Jim at Christmas, with his family and friends around him and the many Sunday dinners with many a loud discussion. He will be missed.

On behalf of the Association of Retired Safeway Employees, please accept our condolences on the passing of James. He will be sorely missed by his many Safeway friends.
