Kay and family, Heartbreaking news about Jim. I had the privilege to work with him at Eaton Vance and considered him a friend. Jim was a true gentleman. He spoke often of his family and the love he had for all of you. Oftentimes when you leave a company you lose touch with your co-workers. That was clearly the case with us. He will be missed.
