I was saddened to learn of Jim's passing. My wife and I extend our deepest sympathy to his family. Please accept our deepest sympathy at this time. Jim was an outstanding attorney and provided much guidance and support to me as a Comptroller. He was able to understand our concerns. He always listened and at any time we could approach him and was always available. If he had a better way, he let you know why and always was willing to work through issues. I know he had the Commonwealth's best interest at heart. I admired and respected him very much.

I was deeply sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I had the privilege of working with Jim when I was a Comptroller with the Governor' Budget Office. He was a true gentleman, a friend , professional and just an all around great guy. I extend my deepest sympathy to Jim's family. I know he will be sorely missed.
