Not sure what to say?

Dear Dr. Nelson,
I had the good fortune of spending two senior resident years under the Directorship of Dr. James Nelson at Stamford Hospital. I tried to learn as much from him in that short time as possible. Operating across the table from him was truly a privilege. He taught me to treat tissue gently, to really understand pelvic anatomy in detail, and to not fear the ureter.
He also inspired me never to forget the patient's humanity, and to enjoy teaching and passing on...

Dear Noreen: It has been a pleasure and privilege to have Jim as part of our family and he will be missed. You and Jim are in our hearts and prayers. Love, Donna and family

Dear Noreen,

I was deeply sadden to hear of Jim's passing. I was very fortunate to have been trained under his watchful eye. He instilled a sense of confidence that remained with me during my entire medical career.

Fondly,

Dear Noreen,

Michele and I were very sad to hear that Dr. Nelson had passed. He was instrumental in our Gyn careers and we can never forget our days at Westchester Medical Center with him. His warm demeanor, kind heart and precise surgical skills will remain unsurpassed. Only he could have such patience to teach two Gallousis'.

You remain in our hearts and prayers,

Francene and Michele Paolucci
