Not sure what to say?

I still can't believe that Dale passed away at such a young age. I will always cherish the friendship we had over the years.

A great friend for most of my life and a great friend to many who enjoyed his good humor and friendship. He is missed by all of us.

On this anniversary of Dale's death, I reflect on all of the experiences we shared from the age of 12 or 13 years of age with our paper routes to deliver the Shreveport Times, baseball teammates, shared experiences in high school and college, as well as active military duties. It was always good to talk to Dale once or twice each year and to visit in Dallas area and once in College Station. He will always be a remembered friend.

Eternal Affection Arrangement- BASKET INCLUDED

Dale and I were friends from around 1950. We each had our paper routes for several years, played baseball together and shared all of the activities on high school students. After that, it was common for me to go to TCU for ranch week. He was a special friend who will definitely be missed.

Due to the flu bug that I am experiencing, I will not be able to attend the memorial service.
