Mr. Newlander was such a special man, I can never think of him without smiling! Thoughts and prayers to the family from Zoe, Susan, and Rob

You were the best father any girl could ask for. You were kind and gentle and generous and the best grandfather, ever. You will be missed so very much. I love you daddy. You rest with the angels now and I know that Heaven is rolling with laughter from your funny jokes. Miss you.

Jim.. You had such an impact on my life. You were my mentor, not only in business but in life. The person I am today has a lot to do with lessons I learned from you. Thank you so much for being there for me.. Say hi to Tom for me. Will keep Jean and your family in my prayers. Love Elaine Shirley

We worked with Jim at Atari. He really was a true nature's gentleman. We last met him at the Atari 40th Reunion in California in 2012 - he was in fine form. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis. Our sincere condolences to Jean on her sad loss.

Dear Jim,
I think a good indication of a life well lived is how people react to your passing. I can't help but smile when I think of you. You were a very special person who brought joy to whoever you met. I will always remember your love for your grandsons and the wacky jokes you used to tell them...and the fun you brought to our holiday gatherings long ago. You will be missed.
RIP.
