James was "grace under fire" at the Division of Mental Health Services.
A truly gentle man. With sympathy for his family.

Mrs. Nickson and Family, I knew James when we worked at the Division of Mental health Services. He always had a smile and a kind word. My condolences,

I worked with James for many years in the NJ Div. of Mental Health Services. He always had a great smile on his face. One thing I will always remember from the many conversations I had with him is that he was very proud of his kids.

I worked with James, James was a really great person. He was really a very interested person, he would ask you if everything was alright, and I would do the same. He always had a nice smile when he would be passing you in the walk way of our cubicles. He will surely be missed....I know GOD has plans for James.

I'm a co-worker of James. I'm going to miss seeing James heating up his coffee in the microwave where we would meet and say good morning. James was a gentle man and loved his family dearly.
To his wife Deanna, daughters -Latasha, Sarah and family:
His spirit lives on and always will.
Times he laughed, gave advice, or just listened, echo in the memories of those whose lives he touched. In being so remembered, his legacy will live on. May God Bless You.

James had a charisma that brightened each and everyone's day.
His cheerful daily greetings and kind smile will be missed beyond words.
Until we meet again, James…
you will be in my prayers.
Rest in peace.
