Not sure what to say?

I knew Randy when he was a State Legislator. He sponsored the Rathskeller Bill for us in the Vermont State Colleges Student Association. I promised him a beer at a college rathskeller if the bill went through. Thanks to Randy's efforts, the bill went through. I am sorry to say I was unable to keep my beer promise to Randy. It was soon afterwards that Vermont raised the drinking age and the rates rathskeller dream collapsed. I am sorry to hear of his passing. I enjoyed meeting him and working...

Randy and I were in the same freshmen platoon at Norwich University in 1967. You never forget the great guys you started with at Norwich. My condolences to his family. RIP

Terri and I are sorry to hear of Randy's passing. We knew Randy for many years in Vermont, and thoroughly enjoyed his wit and friendship. We also appreciated his service as a Vermont State Legislator. Randy was one of the good guys; and we know he will be missed.RIP

My condolences on his passing.

Russell and family, thinking of you with deepest sympathy, so sorry for your loss.

Randy was a classmate of mine at Norwich. We lost touch with one another over the years. I thought of him often, wish now I had made more of an effort to reconnect. He was a great guy.

My sincere condolences on your loss of James, a bright shining star to so many, young and old alike. He will surely be missed by all. May God bring comfort and peace to you at this difficult time. Psalms 116:15.

Russell & Judy, so sorry about the passing of Randy....we all thought the world of him (so handsome in his purple Norwich uniform).....you are in our thoughts and prayers.....Nancy LaPointe and Sharon Kay and Ron Weston

My deepest condolences to the entire family and friends! R.I.P. Randy!
