I have known Dr Nixon for many years going back to the days he used to get a lesson from Harold Blaylock at Pecan Valley almost everyday. At least I think Harold was giving him a lesson. I heard Dr Nixon talking a lot more than Harold every time I passed close by. They had a great relationship, not unlike the one my wife, Brenda Goldsmith had with Harold, a deep, loyal friendship. I moved from San Antonio to pursue my career, returning with two early teenage daughters who were aspiring...
