I have known Dr Nixon for many years going back to the days he used to get a lesson from Harold Blaylock at Pecan Valley almost everyday. At least I think Harold was giving him a lesson. I heard Dr Nixon talking a lot more than Harold every time I passed close by. They had a great relationship, not unlike the one my wife, Brenda Goldsmith had with Harold, a deep, loyal friendship. I moved from San Antonio to pursue my career, returning with two early teenage daughters who were aspiring...

Sorry to hear about Jimmy's passing. He will always be one of my greatest friend. And will always be missed but never forgotten.
