Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry I never met the man. I really appreciate his work. My mother got a chance at staying in her house because of his Reverse Mortgage program and the way his employees are trained is a lot more human than so many other mortgage companies. They do the work knowing that they are dealing with people with emotions and needs. This man should have lived a longer life but I hope that his children can continue the same work he was doing and be a great help for humanity.

My deepest sympathies to Jim Nutter, Jr., Russ Moore, and the rest of the JBN family for the loss of their founder and friend.

I have known Jim since the late 1970's through Democratic Politics and his interest in civic activities. He was a smart and caring man who did a lot of good for this city. It was my pleasure to know him.....Jim Cleary

What a wonderful memorial service for Mr. Nutter this morning. All of the eulogists did an amazing job.Especially his grandson Ross and his son Jim Jr. I am proud to have known Mr. Nutter for 24 years. He had such a profound influence on me. I miss him already. God bless Annabelle and the family.

Jim Nutter reached out to help me when I was a candidate for Lt. Gov. in 1972. He was so kind and genuine that I have always held a special place in my memory for this unique and giving man. Sincere condolences to Jim's wife and family. May the memories of this wonderful man be a source of comfort to them. Most sincerely,
