I remember in the 1980's when Jimmy's grandparents visited my parents and they showed us pictures of Jimmy as a child. They were so proud of him. He was an adorable little boy and a great student. His intelligence, good humor, easy-going friendliness, reliability, and loyalty sets a perfect model for all police...

My condolences to Terri and the entire o'Conner family. May Jim rest in eternal peace.
