Such a tragic loss of life to an incredible man. Jimmy will never be forgotten, and the O'Connor family will always be in my prayers.

I was so sorry to hear about Jim
He played soccer for me at North Catholic hs. He was a quiet , hard working and a very nice young man that always had a smile. My thoughts and prayers are for him and his family

I am very saddened to know my cousin Jimmy is no longer with us. Jimmy was a perfect individual; kind, caring, friendly, considerate, and always thinking of the needs of others. I remember in the 1980's when Jimmy's grandparents visited my parents and they showed us pictures of Jimmy as a child. They were so proud of him. He was an adorable little boy and a great student. His intelligence, good humor, easy-going friendliness, reliability, and loyalty sets a perfect model for all police...
