Dear O´Neal Family, My family was saddened to hear of Jim´s passing. He and my dad, Nick Banche, served in the Marine Corp and both practiced law in Oceanside. It´s been a long time but I also have fond memories of Jim and your family. My mom and dad were physically unable to attend the service today but have been thinking of you. Again, we are sorry for your loss.
