Having recently lost my father; my heart, strength, and prayers go out to the whole family. Mrs. Oakes, you and Jim have done a beautiful job raising your children. I feel so blessed to have Pat in my life. The only thing that keeps a smile on my face is the wonderful memories I have stored and will hang on to for the rest of my life, I hope you all will do the same! if James plays cribbage or chess, my Dad has probably reeled him in for a good match! I am so sorry to hear your Dad has passed. My prayers will include you and your family. I loved reading about your Dad's history. He will always Mr. Oaks who drove us to drill team activities!
