Good people are hard to find, and Jim was certainly one of them. Caring, generous and so very kind, he was a loving father and good friend to so many. He loved life, excelled at sports and was always ready to coach a child or lend a helping hand. He had so many fine qualities that define the very special man Jim will always be. My family and I will miss his smile and goodness. May he Rest In Peace .

To all of Jimmy's family:
We are very sorry for your loss. Jimmy was great guy whom I had the pleasure of growing up with. It was so sad to her of his passing. He did many kind and neighborly things for my mom. Every year she'd fuss on what to get him for Christmas, she always would end up getting him those sausage & cracker gift boxes. We will always miss him! Take care Jimmy. Forever in our hearts.

James was kind, generous and humble. He was part of a football team that put East Hartford on the map but he never took credit. He was an accomplished wrestler yet still humble. He helped me in my times of need. He would help his friends when ever they needed it. I haven't seen Jim for a while and am very sad I will never see him again. I will miss his laugh and his love of life. May you rest in peace my friend, many miss you, you had so much to give. God grant his family peace and may heaven...
