Not sure what to say?

On July 11, 2008 one of the finest people we have ever known was called to heaven.
Our friendship with James and Sara(Nookie) Outler began a little over 32 years ago when we moved into the house next door to them and they came over to welcome us to the neighborhood:) We called them Mr. and Mrs. Outler. We have many special memories of those days.
Stan recalls when he and Mr. Outler would go fishing on the river they would be sitting no more than 5 feet apart but Mr. Outler would be...

Judy and your Loving Family. I too do not know where to begin. Although I never knew your Daddy in this life, I feel as though I did through you and we will meet him face to face some day. I too was a "Daddy's Girl" so I know the pain of losing someone so dear to your heart. There will be many times that you will think of him in all of his loving ways and just want to speak to him or ask him a question. Talk to him as it will give you comfort even though you cannot touch him, he is always...

Dearest Nookie and Family,
First let me say THANK YOU for your years of loving care for James. He appreciated and loved everyone of you in such a special way, and was able to show you this, even tho there were times when we all would have liked to pinch HIS cheeks!
All my life I was the "baby sister" and even at 70 years old that is the way he introduced me. I treasure that particular time because he also told me he was proud of me! (A very special time for me.)
I remember when I...

Aunt Nookie,
You and Uncle James have always been very special to me. Uncle James will be very missed by all of us. He was very dear to many. If you ever need me I am only a phone call away. Take care of yourself. I LOVE YOU!!

To Judy, MeMaw and Entire Outler Family:
Growing old is not a trematic experience, but watching our heroes grow old is very painful. As children, our daddies are true giants who can defeat all enemies and overcome all trials and tribulations. We walk in their shadow and footsteps and want to be just like "daddy". As we grow older, we think we become more self-sufficient, but anytime we have trouble, daddy's name comes to our lips. Giants such as Mr. Outler forged of steel by The...

Mema,
You and Papa always made me feel like a part of the family. I will always remember you both welcoming me into your home for the weekend when I came along for the visit with Gina. I know Papa was a very loved man and I am glad I had the opportunity to know him.
Mrs. Judy,
I know all to well the bond between a father and daughter. They are our protectors, encouragers, shelters in the storm, teachers, and the first man we ever loved. God was good to you , Gina, and me when...
