Not sure what to say?

Mr. Passaro was the best teacher I ever had in any grade. I had him in 7th grade when Rieck Ave. School was new. He would always read the class part of a Hardy Boys story. I am now 65 and retired as of 2022. I will never forget him....

A man who brought smiles and joy to many, his obituary is an excellent writing expressing who this man was forever. My memories are graced with smiles because of knowing this wonderful man. Loved his sense of humor.

My deep sympathy for all Jim's family and friends. I am very sorry to hear of your loss. Many years have passed since we were friends in High School; he was a great guy then, and I'm glad to learn he remained so.

A wonderful person. With joy for his life and with prayers and sympathy on your loss.

Jim was one of the sweetest men I've ever met. I keep thinking about listening to Kermit the frog sing "Rainbow Connection" and Jim and I sharing the fact that the song made both of us tear up.

What a wonderful, kind, and concerned counselor Jim was. He's left the world a better place for having been here.

Carol, We are all thinking of you here at the high school; I know that your father will be with you always especially when you see your baby girl smile.....love, Donna Alfarano

Jim was a good man and colleague at Memorial H.S. He was of great help to me when I first arrived there. I'm sorry to hear of his too early passing.

I was in Jim's class at Wood School during his first year of teaching. I can easily say it was the best and most memorable experience ever, from watching the landing on the moon, to him having us try to move objects with our minds, lol. Learning was always an adventure. There was never a dull moment and Jim's love of teaching came through with each lesson. I remember with great joy and sadness how we made him cry on the last day of school when we presented him with a cake and cut up his tie...

Carol,
I am so very sorry for your loss. May you always remember the good times you shared with your father. You and your family are in my prayers.
